I'd like to offer you a free tip for this Valentines Day. DONT buy imported roses (actually ever!) and for gods sake ask your florist to hold the floral foam and plastics! Both are damaging our planet to the max. Check out this bin of old blooms going to waste completely wrapped in plastic! (Aggghhhh Im crying right now.)

Its sad and frustrating that we have taken until 2019 to make a few changes to contribute to a zero waste lifestyle, lets support it more this year! Reduce single use plastic right down to nothing! How? There are choices out there that wont cost the earth, infact they could actually save you bucks! Buying your food in bulk, taking your cup and containers for take aways and asking your florist to calm down on the wrapping!

We are Melbourne's leading Eco and Ethical florist, choosing only locally grown blooms, no cello, tapes, wires or foams, and we certainly do not spray our blooms with paint to change up their natural colour and form in the name of popart.
Lets strip it right back and just appreciate flowers that have risen from the earth without, chemicals, without being flown across from the other side of the world and start using our brains to ensure we tread lightly, with fashion, with food, with flowers and support local producers as much as possible.
